Explanations of the mistakes
This street is the most dangerous part of the town.
The comparison of adjectives with three or more syllables is formed using ‘more’ and ‘most’.
The weather got worse in the afternoon.
Bad has irregular comparative and superlative forms: bad – worse – worst
Most people are nicer than you think.
A comparative is followed by ‘than’ when we are comparing two things or people.
It is the biggest amusement park outside of America.
In the case of short adjectives ending in a vowel and a consonant, the consonant is doubled.
Neil is not as old as Sheila.
Note the construction (not) as … as to compare people and things.
