Use an object pronoun or a possessive pronoun by changing the pronoun in brackets and complete each sentence correctly.
Grammar rules
Object pronouns (me, you, him, her, it, us, you, them) describe the object of the sentence . In English sentences, they come after the verb or after a preposition.
The children like her.
I will meet him at seven.
Do not listen to them!
Possessive pronouns (mine, yours, his, hers, -, ours, yours, theirs) show possession or belonging. They can replace a possessive determiner + noun when a more detailed description is not necessary.
This is my book and this is yours. (= your book)
The painting is more beautiful than theirs. (= their painting)
We can use determiners (a, some, this …) + noun + of + possessive pronoun to refer to a definite or indefinite number.
I want to meet some friends of mine.
We are looking for a classmate of ours.
